A company is looking for a Finance Counselor I to assist
students in navigating financial aspects of higher education.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide inbound and outbound phone support to students
Assist students in developing financial strategies for their
education
Document student interactions and participate in outbound calling
campaigns
Required Qualifications:
Some college credits completed
1+ years of experience in financial aid, billing, or registrar
functions
Employment contingent on background and credit checks
