We have a tremendous opportunity for a Manager Accountant to play a key role with our Tax Service Line in Dallas, Texas. As a highly valued member of our Firm, you will work closely with the Tax team to provide timely, accurate, and reliable completion of client engagements. *Responsibilities*
* Prepare and/or review complex business and individual tax returns
* Develop effective working relationships with clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services
* Ability to identify and research tax issues, develop resolutions, and prepare written conclusions
* Assist with the developing, training and mentoring of staff and interns
* Recognize the opportunity to provide new and innovative services
* Willingness to learn new tax skills that the diverse client base at The Bonadio Group offers. Not limited to: public company tax services, banking and financial industry tax services, international, cross-border and expatriate compliance services, and transaction advisory services

*Qualifications*

Required:
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting
* An active CPA certification
* A minimum of five years of tax experience in a public accounting firm or equivalent experience
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with aptitude to learn firm technology, present and future

Preferred:
* Experience with ProSystems Engagement software
* Experience with tax research software



*Hours of Operation:*
* Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
* Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday
* We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
