Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Network &
Provider Management to enhance the quality and accessibility of
care for members.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement network strategies for growth and
optimization
Monitor network adequacy, performance, and compliance with
regulatory requirements
Lead contract negotiations and manage provider operations including
credentialing and data management
Qualifications
20+ years of experience in provider contracting or network
management within the healthcare industry
10+ years of experience leading in matrixed organizations
10+ years of experience building systems and processes for provider
network operations
Experience partnering with technology teams to optimize operational
programs is a plus
Demonstrated success in growing provider networks is a bonus
