Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst 2, Employee Benefits
to support account executives and advisors with quoting, reporting,
and strategic analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and communicate strategies for RFPs, manage submissions,
and coordinate with carriers
Analyze benefits and claims data, negotiate with carriers, and
ensure compliance with specifications
Provide mentorship to junior analysts and assist in the development
of new processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
College degree
4+ years of experience working for a carrier or brokerage firm
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Understanding of benefits and benefit terminology
High degree of independence in completing enrollment and
changes
